The company quickly returned a quote to me. The carrier was local to the pickup point, which was our home, and was courteous and flexible on pickup times. The drop off point was opposite the entry to our condo complex. It could not have been any easier unless they parked the car in our garage. The final price was a little over the quoted price but still less than others have paid for the same service and locations. Over all a good experience.
