The Vehicle was never picked up

In spite of ATT's poor customer review, i made the decision to have ATT transport my car from Memphis to the District of Columbia. In doing so, Jason Hill promised me that should there be a problem, that he will personally handle it. My car was scheduled to be picked up on Sunday, September 15. On Monday, I called to notify Jason that i did not receive any calls from the driver regarding my pickup. He immediately, told me that i need to speak to customer service regarding the pickup. After reminding him about his promise, he then told me that the driver did not pick up the car because he could not make contact with my son(where the car is ) all day . My son said that he had no missed calls or voice messages on Sept,15. Jason then told me that Customer Service will be call me to reschedule. She, customer service did not return my call till later in the day. When i questioned about AT returning my deposit, i was told that i am not entitle to a refund because the driver did attempted to pickup the car. I asked her how can she verify that the driver did try to contact my son for pickup. She did not reply. I then asked her when can i have my car picked up, she said she does not and will call me when she finds a driver. My reason for writing this review is, prior to me paying the deposit of $150, Customer service and Jason Hill appeared to be customer friendly and professional and i felt that i could trust them in the event a problem should occur. After i informed them about the car not being picked as promised on the scheduled time, it is now no longer their priority. Customer Service and Jason Hill spoke to me as if they were from HELL. Sorry! i can't help you because we already have your MONEY.
