I contacted this company to have my car delivered from San Diego to Chicago. The quote was average and I chose to work with them because they told me they were going to pick up my car in like 24 to 48 hours. Richard Wright, the head dispatcher is nothing more than just a puppet. He has what it takes to convince you to work with them; he does a good job when it come to speech. However, once he gets your credit card and takes your deposit his job is finished. Then, you will be directed to the customer service where there is no one to get in touch with. After 2 days of waiting the car wasn't picked up as I was told. I could hardly get in touch with them, and when it happened I was lied to. They were trying to gain more time.After other 2 more days in which I tried to get in touch with one of those human beings, tired of leaving voice mails and speaking with their robots, I decided to cancel the transaction with them. It was only a big waste of time and money. I would never recommend this transport company to anyone! Highly disappointed in them! The good reviews they have are paid for. They pay $50 for a good review.
Instead, I chose RED CARPET AUTO TRANSPORT and I was more than happy working with them!
