This company has the worst customer/scam service in the world. I contracted with them to have my new truck shipped from the dealer in another state to my home. Everything seemed smooth enough. I paid up for an enclosed truck to protect my new truck. Upon arrival, at 10:00 at night, it was on a flatbed trailer pulled by a pick up truck. I was not happy but had to pay the driver or he wouldn't leave my new truck. (who by the way spoke no English) When I contacted the American Auto Shipping he weaved the most insane story ever. He told me that the enclosed truck broke down and that the dealer authorized this open trailer. Never happened. I contacted both the carrier, who said the do not OWN any enclosed carriers, and the dealer who was adamant that he did not authorize anything! I was NEVER contacted with any information about a truck broken down or a switch of transportation. I paid for enclosed transport and got worse that an open transport. They refused to give me any kind of refund or even a simple apology. BEWARE, these people are hard sell and do not stand behind their word. Don't buy their story about other brokers that up their charges after the fact. This place is a scam.

Hmmm the Dealer never authorized the pickup???? So the carrier stole it? Maybe you should call the police and have the carrier arrested and take this ridicules review down. It is a crime to lie online about someone as well.
