We had an excellent experience with American Auto Shipping in transporting our lifted pickup truck from Illinois to California. This was our third attempt at getting it transported and this was by far the best overall service, timing, and the vehicle actually got picked up. Our transport Specialist Andrew was very informative, walked us through the process, explained the various service levels, communicated during the dispatch and before and after delivery. Every time we received communication and update they were timely and accurate. What was surprising as well was that our truck was dispatched and picked up less than 24 hours from when I signed the agreement with American Auto Shipping. And it arrived faster than the estimated transit time. We are very pleased with the whole experience, thank you!
