In my recent review I have been responded as not being truthful by the company's agent who has responded to my review. They said that I signed the form that my car was in find condition. Looks like they did not read my review carefully - I have admitted that I signed the form of return because at that point I did not notice the roof of the car. We normally do not look at the roof while checking it, my mistake is that I agree again but that doesn't mean that they should coordinate with the company to ship the car which is not being communicative. Please read the review fully before labeling me as "not truthful"

It is not truthful to sign the Bill of Lading at delivery that you inspected the vehicle and found no new damage and then SIX WEEKS later make a claim for damage. That is why you are being investigated for criminal insurance fraud. You may want to consult with an attorney. I guess you did not read your own review.
