This transportation company was recommended to me by a dealership I purchased my dream car from. I was able to get a representative on the phone immediately on my 1st phone call. & was given an immediate quote & estimated time frame. I've never had to transport a vehicle before. Aerin did a wonderful job of explaining the process to me, what to expect, was up front with pricing & delivery dates. There were no hidden fees or surprises. My car was actually picked up much sooner than anticipated. They do outsource their transportation. Im assuming they try to find a company who offers the lowest rate & the quickest pick up time/transportation time. Whomever they outsourced my transportation with did a fantastic job. The driver was amazing. His name was Ashley (his name was Josh, I wish i knew the name of the company, because they were absoutley wonderful. Josh & Ashley both were fantastic to work with). They communicated with me throughout the entire process. Aerin contacted me 2 days after my vehicle was delivered to follow up with me to ensure I was satisfied & happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend this company for your transportation needs.
