They told me , it is from door to door and that never happen .driver drop my car 8.3miles from my house. And when i called the dispatch ..he just hanged phone because he doesn't need to take the responsibility.they are professional liars..stay away some one called nick .he is the worst one, ever seen in this world.

Thank you for the feedback Salad. As we explained to you door to door means as close to your house the carrier can safely get to. The truck is 80 feet long and there can be residential weight restrictions, steep hills and or since the the truck has cars on board and is 14 feet high overhanging tree branches can also damage vehicles Also we do NOT and DID not compensate you for this review..
