This was a very positive experience from start to finish and Aerin kept me posted all through the process doing a very good job, communicating and caring about my car to be shipped. When it tool a little longer than anticipated for the pickup, American picked up the slack and made sure that an assignment was expedited and very quickly thereafter the pickup was made on time and delivery was a blazing two days later from Chicago - very impressive. They stuck by their original quote and made it happen, car in good shape upon arrival and they even offered to have the car cleaned after the shipping was complete.
