Aerin was fantastic! She sent updated emails and called both after the car for transport was picked up, as well as when it was dropped off. I did have to call the driver for updates, however the driver always picked up my calls or got back to me within 10 minutes! Excellent service and very professional driver! Car arrived in perfect condition. In the future should I need to transport a vehicle I would use American Auto Transport! Thanks for this smooth and flawless experience (:
