I called Rachel after listening to my mom have problems with a different auto shipping broker (Roadrunner). Bottom line is that Rachel was super helpful, patient, explanatory, and had my vehicle picked up the next day. The company that transported my vehicle had excellent communication too! I would totally use American Auto Shipping again.Thank you Rachel!
