I Challenge this customer to TELL THE TRUTH!! This upsets me to no end, this customer has created a fabrication. Here is the truth, and I have ALL THE PAPERWORK TO BACK IT UP, UNLIKE THIS CUSTOMER! She had a booked order for the 18th, she signed a contract for the 18th, I called her 2 days before pick up to confirm. She said she was having problems with her emails and asked if I could email a confirmation to her husband. I did, she called the morning of the 18th and cancelled because she never got the email. YES! Thats right, she cancelled because she forgot to look in her spam file for the email and went off the deep end. I had to scramble to find another load for my driver, who was supposed to pick up that afternoon, and she has the gall to post a negative review about me! No matter what I did with this order, I have a feeling I was never going to please her. This review is unfounded and unfair.
