My car was scheduled to be picked up on 04/18/2007,never happened! Called customer service several times & was told there truck broke down in Memphis .Understandable,but why did they not call to let me know?I was told after numerous calls to them that a driver would call me on 04/24/07 in the afternoon hours.Never happened!I called back again & was given the drivers phone # .All I got was a answering machine,so I left messages.No calls back . Called customer service again.Today is 04/26/07 so it is 9 days after the pickup date. There 8/10 day window for pickup is almost gone. I 'm frustrated ,all I want is a firm pickup date!Hopefully they will call after this posting & get it done.
