I called Auto Transport, 2 weeks before requesting my transport. I spoke to a very helpful customer service person name Stephanie Castagneto. She immidiately, took all my pertinent information. I had to have her call me back for information on the arrival address, and she did on time. That's awesome! customer serice. I booked my trasport with her the very next day. After waiting the three days she verified, I could expect my vehicle to arrive to my surprise it was delivered on time, and at the correct address. Noone called me for any directions or any bothersome information. My vehicle arrived in tact, on time. I was wquite satusfied to say the least. I immiediately called my friend who owns a Jeep shop and uses another compnay tio transport jeeps, and he is now going to be using American Auto Transport. Thanks for great customer sercice, something lacking these days from many companies. I will definitely use you again.
