Do NOT do business with American Alliance LLC Auto Transport!!!!!

On Dec. 30, 2009 I was under contract to have a tractor shipped, per contract they had 10 day to have the tractor picked up after 2 weeks of them telling me it is going to get picked up on Monday, Wednesday Oh Saturday and so on. I cancelled the shipment and was told that my deposit refund was on its way (ya right just like the tractor is getting picked up) per contract they had 7-15 days on the 15th day after calling once to twice a day I found out that the company was bought out and I should be seeing the refund in 3 to 5 days. Today Feb.9, 2010 NO refund and American Alliance says the only way to get my deposit back is to call my Credit Card Company.

Liar......Cheat......FRAUD....... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. You will lose your money and not worth the head ache.
