Jasmine was very helpful in properly coordinating the relocation of our car from California to Kansas. I have moved cars before and have found that the cheapest price does not get your car moved for you. I had received lower quotes from other transporters that seemed to be too low for anyone to want to transport the car. Jasmine was very honest and told me that a Kansas delivery from California would require a better price for it to be picked up in time. I agreed with her. She told me how many transports were leaving California and that none of them were currently going toward Kansas.
I found it interesting that another lower priced quote stated they could get a shipment scheduled right away, contrary to what Jasmine was telling me. I gave them a chance, just to see, and sure enough, no one would pick up the car. My apologies to Jasmine. She completed the transaction for me on a timely manner with a professional and courteous transporter. Timing and price points were where she said the car could be tranported in a timely manner.
Trust Jasmine - Her honesty and matter of fact explanation was very refreshing. Lower cost is not always better when shipping a car.
I had no idea that I could leave a review until Jasmine called me. I am happy to do so.
