I learned a lot through this experience which I wish I had known before but my contact person, Jasmine, was very helpful. She responded to my phone calls promptly and, although it was impossible to get my car transported from the original pick-up location (Vermont) due to minimal carrier business in this area, I drove it to New York metropolitan area and it was picked up within a couple days and transported to exactly where I needed it in Utah. My car arrived in fine shape and there were no financial hassles on the other end, which I have read with other carriers, or at least other truckers. The amount quoted was the amount paid.
