I chose to use the standby option, which meant I had no guaranteed pickup date, but my cost was lower. After it had been almost a month, I decided to upgrade my option, so that it was guaranteed to be picked up within about a week. After increasing my original offer by an additional $200, I received notice of pickup within a couple days. The driver called on pickup day and kept in touch with me along the way. He was very nice and my vehicle was delivered without any problems. I wish I could have received it earlier, but all in all, my experience was good because I received it eventually.
