We were very sorry to hear the stress that was caused in this situation. We work to ensure a smooth transition between our care of the customer and the carrier's care of the customer by providing every customer the contact information for their carrier/driver. We expect excellent service from our carrier's including to be available to customers or atleast to call back in a reasonable time. We are disappointed this did not happen. Every carrier that fails to offer excellent service is reviewed for Preferred Carrier status. This order was handled by our Shipping Agent- Jonathan, direct line- 678-369-4162.
