Expected good service, received great service

Based on the reviews from transportreview we chose AmeriFreight to move our daughter's car from Colorado to California. We understand Amerifreight is the broker. We felt comfortable with their service taking the order and setting expectations. However the first car carrier did have the same customer service priorities as AmeriFreight. The carrier initially indicated they would pick-up on Saturday but never called. We called AmeriFreight and AmeriFreight took action, finding another car carrier. That car carrier said they would pick-up on Tuesday, but no word on Tuesday. Again we contacted AmeriFreight (we first tried the car carrier but they didn't answer their phone). AmeriFreight was able reach them and discovered their truck broke down. They expected to pick-up on Wednesday.

They did pick-up on Wednesday and delivered on Friday.

Many thanks to Suzette and Amy for providing excellent customer service.

BTW - I got bids from other highly rated transport brokers - and the one that I was strongly consider along with AmeriFreight didn't return my calls after the initial quote. Again - AmeriFreight provided end-to-end service even when it was the car carrier who needed better customer service skills.
