The customer had a difficult route during the time he shipped. The customer was very patient and willing to work with us to help get his vehicle shipped. When a Priority order is delayed, AmeriFreight assists by adding money from our side to the COD. This helps provide incentive to get a vehicle moved. Unfortunately, there are occasionally just difficult routes. We thank this customer for his flexibility and patience in the shipment and are sorry for the inconveniences that occured.
