We are always disappointed when a customer has a poor experience with AmeriFreight and we take any feedback seriously in order to improve our service to future customers. This customer shipped at the Economy rate which is a standby rate. This rate is designed for customers who do not have any time constraints and just want to have their vehicle shipped at the cheapest possible rate. After waiting, this customer moved into a time sensitive situation so decided to upgrad to our Priority rate. AmeriFreight actually split the cost of the upgrade due to the situation. The vehicle was picked up in the promised time with Priority. If you are working with a time sentive situation, we would recommend beginning your shipment with one of our Upgrade rates. Most carriers will ask if they can meet you at a large parking lot to ensure safety of loading or offloading. This order was handled by our Shipping Agent- Jonathan, direct line- 678-369-4162.
