I paid extra to get the car picked up on time and delivered in a short amount of time since my daughter was coming home from college and needed the car. Everything went well, except for the fact that the carrier charged $30.00 extra for having luggage in the trunk when I was under the assumption that 100 pounds in the trunk was ok. But, considering how much it would cost to ship her stuff, it was worth it. The car was delivered as promised and it was relatively painless. I would use this company again.
