We do apologize for the confusion on the deposit. Every customer gets documentation of the final deposit upon dispatch. This customer is correct in that the delivery point was a hard destination. In a situation like that, we will first always try the point of destination requested of the customer, and then look into other shipping routes that may help expedite the order.
