We are always disappointed when a customer is left unsatisfied with their experience with AmeriFreight. With our Priority rate if a carrier is not found within the 5 day pickup window, AmeriFreight adds money from our side to help get a vehicle moved. Anytime a customer has a poor experience, our office uses the feedback for internal review. We do not want to have another customer have the same experience.
