I was skeptical about all the rave reviews for the company but I should not have been. They deserve every star! I would definitely work with AmeriFreight again. The customer service folks are prompt and know what they are doing. I had to decline the first pickup because the estimated delivery would be too early and I would not be at the destination. They worked with me to get a second pickup date without a problem and added $50 of their own money to the original quote so that a driver will pick it up quicker. My car was picked up timely and delivered timely. A pleasure working with AmeriFreight.
I chatted with the driver during the pickup and he mentioned to me that drivers don't mess around when an order is booked through AmeriFreight. He also said I got a really good quote from AmeriFreight.
Excellent company and people working there. I just wished it was easier to get a hold of people but I suppose they are really busy and when I got a call back they took care of everything!
