Incredible customer service

Very prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. No pressure sales but clearly puts the customer first. We had a small issue with the driver and Amerifreight not only took the initiative to take care of it but has promised to pay us the refund that the driver seems to be refusing us despite it being clearly stated in our contract. I am so impressed that Amerifreight has not only taken over the job of resolving the problem with the driver (taking that stress and headache off our plates) but has offered, without our asking, to immediately take care of the finance issue so we don't have it outstanding.

There was never a question of my confidence in this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
