I have never transported a vehicle in this fashion before; I was a resident of New Jersey and moved to California. I found this company through this website and saw that it was an established and seemingly reliable company to work with. I placed an order for the quote, which consisted of a few simple steps. I waited longer than a week to confirm the order, which meant that my original quote had expired. I called my representative listed in the email, who simply renewed the quote so that I was able to place my order quickly and easily. He promptly sent me paperwork to complete, and verified the receipt of the documents I had faxed over. Any questions that I had were answered clearly and succinctly. Usually, I would call my representative's cell phone and leave a voicemail; he always got back to me in a timely fashion. I received a call to confirm that there was a carrier available for my car the day before (during the 5-day pickup window), so I was able to coordinate everything for the day. Overall good experience!
