Amerifreight was good, but did not communicate to me well enough up front what it meant to have an open ended versus premium quote. I do not think they should specify a 2 or 5 day pickup when they can't guarantee it.

The Economy rate, which this customer used, is a standby rate. Most vehicles at the Economy rate do get picked up within 2-5 business days, but some can take longer.
