Amerifreight economy saver package was just a gimmick. No truck was available for the pick up date estimated 5-7 busness days. After waiting for 10 business days, I was given a choice to upgrade my order to priority and immediately the truck was available for pick up within 2 days. MAGIC***

Amerifreight assigned us another company Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS) who were responsible for pickup and delivery of the truck. Amerifreight's order number was no longer valid as DAS had new order number (Amerifreight never bothered to furnish that little detail). Also the contact person at DAS was invalid.

Delivery estimated was 10 days...then it moved to 14 days..Amerifreight and the DAS never updated us on the truck's physical location. We had to call several times to Amerifreight and DAS.

Truck arrived after a long wait due to a engine failure. Amerifreight had no idea of the repairs. During my calls to them they kept telling us that water pump in the truck has failed and they dont know how long it will take to repair it.

We were completely frustrated with the experience. Esp. with the poor customer service by DAS and Amerifreight.

The customer placed the order at the Economy rate. The Economy rate is a standby rate that has the possibility of not being picked up within 5 days. The Economy rate is designed to try to get the best rate; however, if the vehicle has not been picked up within 5 business days, the customer has the option to upgrade to the Priority rate, which is more comparable to the national going rate. AmeriFreight is a brokerage and we screen carriers to be sure they are fully insured and licensed. Once a carrier is secured, AmeriFreight provides contact information to the customer for the carrier company. Our staff is still available should a customer need assistance during the actual shipping process. This person's order was handled by our Shipping Agent, Jonathan- direct line 678-369-4162
