We are always disappointed when a customer has a less than excellent experience with AmeriFreight. We apologize for the miscommunication with the order form. Sometimes we make mistakes and we are the first to accept responsibility for it. We appreciate the patience the customer showed when the order was delayed due to this miscommunication. The customer shipped at the Economy rate, which is a standby rate with no guaranteed time frame for pickup and delivery. This rate is designed for those who are not working with any time constraints and want to ship their car at the best rate. We do offer upgraded rates for those who are working with time constraints. Our Shipping Agents can tell you which rate would best serve your shipping needs. All in all, our record shows that we have an excellent customers service record and we strive to keep it that way.
