There was a delayed on the schedule pick-up date on transport it was within the time frame
the only cons was the tennis raqcuet was not there anymore inside the car other items are intact. Before the schedule pick-up I talk to driver if I can bring something inside the my car to which he said as long its not over 100 lbs the total weight of the items sent were less than 20 lbs

Also the driver arrange the schedule of the delivery for 6:00 am but instead it was deliver 4:00 pm on that day

The customer shipped at the Economy rate, which does not have a guaranteed pickup/delivery time frame. Should a customer need a guaratneed pickup time frame, our Shipping Agents can explain our upgraded rates. This person's order was handled by our Shipping Agent, Jonathan- direct line 678-369-4162
