The overall experience was good. The reason I say only good is that the transport company made me drive to a K-mart that was 13 miles away. The transport truck could have parked in the grocery store parking lot across the street from where I lived but they could not find my house on the GPS that they were using. Other GPS units find this area just fine. This would have been more more convenient. When the car arrived in California it is was very dirty and in need of a wash. If it wasn't for these two things I would have given an excellent rating.
