Amerifreight provided excellent service in transporting a car from my home in McLean, Virginia, to my son at college in California. Amerifreight was responsive and provided all relevant information throughout the process. The car was picked up at my residence as promised and on schedule despite recent and existing significant snow and ice conditions in the Washington, D. C. area, and in the face of an approaching storm of blizzard proproptions. Eight days later the car was delivered to my son at his campus in Los Angeles, three days ahead of schedule. I consider the price of $850 (AmeriFreight Auto Shipping Quote #920100789-FU) to be a fair cost of shipping the car, especially considering the quality and timeliness of the service. There was no damage to the car and therefore no need to pursue a claim, although I am confidant that Amerifreight, based on the excellent services provided, would have been responsive. My contact at Amerifreight, Aaron, was very helpful and was the office staff in providing needed information.
