I was very pleased with amerifreight last time and hence I contacted them for my shipment this time as well. They are good in customer service but to my surprise there was no carrier available to pick up my car for 12 days. Once picked up, carrier guy called and left a voicemail that he will charge an extra $100 for the car had some extra luggage. The good thing was amerifreight was always honest and upfront about their arrangement. I was given the choice to back out of the arrangement at anytime but I could not get time because of my new job and just hung onto it. Overall I am satisfied.
