We are always disappointed when a customer feels the service provided is anything less than excellent. We are upfront with our customers about our Economy rate (our lowest) shipping rate; that it is a standby rate and could require flexibility with time and/or additional money to get it moved. Economy rate is designed who want us to work to get the best rate within an estimated time frame. For a more guaranteed time frame and price, our Priority, Select, and First Class rates are available. We are glad to hear the customer recieved his car in good condition.
