I was impressed by the good humor & professionalism of the transport drivers, especially the one who picked our cars up in Pennsylvania; in horrible cold wet weather he spent a long tme checking their condition, took me to & from our home as we shuttled both cars to his rig (which was too big for our suburban streets), and was generally extremely helpful. The cars took a day or so longer to reach California than we'd expected, but we probably misunderstood the length of time necessary; and both cars arrived in the same condition in which they'd left Pennsylvania.
