My vehicle was picked up on time from my house and delivered in just 7 days, much sooner than expected. The carrier was very efficient and my Acura TL (open carrier) had no damages. Red, the receptionist, was more than helpful through this process. She answered all the questions that I had (and believe me, I had many since I am a first-time shipper). Jonathan, the AmeriFreight agent, was a good resource along the way. He made sure I received the best price, that my forms are completed, and kept me updated on the process. Once you request the quote online, the order form is quite simple. I chose the economy service and my vehicle was picked up by the carrier within a couple days of it being available. Amerifreight seems to really care about customer service. The cost is a great deal considering how each aspect of the process went smoothly. My price includes the student discount by the way.

When the vehicle arrived at my door, it was in the same condition that I left it in, minus the debris from long trip. The carrier often contacted me directly to let me know when his truck was in nearing my destination, estimated day of arrival, and to coordinate a convenient time for it to be delivered.

Superior service. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again or recommend to others. Kudos to the carrier service as well!
