I was disappointed with amerifreight one for using a horrible carrier.I did not receive an email for which i was supposed to sign and fax back, which delayed my pick up therefore i had to increase my shipping priority which cost me an extra 300 dollars. The process was inconvient to find a fax. AmeriFreight would contact me at times when I was at work which was difficult. I did talk to a couple of people who were helpful, and respectful, others gave me the run around. When I would call I could not talk to the same person I had previously talked too, therefore I had to explain the situation multiple times, which was frustrating. After my car came home damaged, Amerifrieght gave me instruction on how to go about filing a claim, which would have been helpful prior to sending my car.

We are sorry to hear that the customer's vehicle incurred damage. We do use carriers that are fully insured to cover vehicle damage. The customer must process the claim since they are the owner of the vehicle; however, our staff is available to assist the customer with the processing of the claim. Our office is open 8am-8pm EST; should your specific shipping agent not be available, we will always have someone in the office to assist you.
