The customer shipped at the Economy rate...this rate has an estimated pick up window and is designed for those who do not have any time contraints. You can find out about our shipping options by calling our office or on our website. We are very sorry that the customer was not able to reach someone in our office. We have since made significant changes in our call center in order that this does not happen again. Every carrier we use is screened and our office is able to provide documentation on the carrier we choose should the customer want a copy. We are glad to hear that the customer received her vehicle and in good condition.
