                        We are always glad to hear that a customer would return to AmeriFreight for future shipping.  We are sorry to hear that the customer had a poor experience with the carrier.  We screen every carrier in-house and only use top rated carriers.  The carriers we choose are fully insured in case a situation such as this occurs.  Whenever one of our preferred carriers offers less than excellent service to our customers, they are reviewed and re-considered for future use.
