I had an excellent experience with AmeriFreight, and I especially want to recognize Rosie Cook for the outstanding service she provided throughout the entire process. This was my second time using AmeriFreight to transport my vehicle, and once again, I was very pleased with my experience. Rosie was wonderful from beginning to end. She was professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely caring. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. I was relocating from Florida to New York, so having my vehicle picked up and delivered on time was extremely important to me. Rosie understood my situation and helped make what could have been a very stressful part of my relocation much easier. My vehicle was successfully picked up and delivered safely, and I truly appreciated the communication and support along the way. Rosie is an excellent representative of AmeriFreight. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to her customers really stand out. It is reassuring to work with someone who makes you feel that your shipment matters and who follows through from start to finish. I would absolutely use AmeriFreight again and would highly recommend both the company and Rosie Cook to anyone looking for a reliable auto transport service. Thank you, Rosie and AmeriFreight, for another great experience!
