I had an outstanding experience working with Samantha Smith at AmeriFreight, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I was shipping my vehicle from Wichita, Kansas to Mountain View, California as part of a cross-country move. The situation became especially stressful when the original carrier unexpectedly canceled. Samantha stepped in and worked extremely hard to help get my shipment back on track. Throughout the entire process, Samantha was incredibly responsive, patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me. She kept me informed, clearly explained what was happening, answered my questions patiently, and continued following up until a replacement carrier was successfully secured. What impressed me most was how seriously Samantha took my situation. Moving across the country was already stressful, and having the original carrier cancel made things even more difficult. Samantha made me feel that she genuinely cared about helping me find a solution rather than simply treating me as another transaction. The final result was excellent. Once my vehicle was picked up in Wichita, it traveled approximately 1,700 miles to Mountain View, California in only two days. I was extremely impressed and relieved by how quickly everything came together. Samantha truly went above and beyond for me. Her professionalism, responsiveness, patience, dedication, and excellent communication made an enormous difference during a very stressful move. I would absolutely give Samantha five stars — and more if I could. She is an exceptional representative of AmeriFreight, and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help with vehicle transportation. Thank you so much, Samantha, for everything you did.
