I was so glad I called AmeriFreight and got to work with Melissa Dossett. She talked me through everything. I got little nervous before my listing was picked up and looked into another company, but it did not have customer service by phone. Melissa was reassuringly accessible, and explained the process thoroughly, helping me make adjustments that got me a better offer. I was very happy with the driver who picked up at the house and suggested a workable destination when my suggestion was not. The delivery went smoothly, The whole experience worked out really well for me.
