Stay away! I paid AmeriFreight a $200 broker fee for a professional transport. They dispatched a carrier (MGC Global LLC) that arrived with improper equipment, resulting in a ramp strike that almost ripped the front bumper off my 2019 Mercedes E450.
The carrier then violated federal law by failing to provide a pickup or delivery Bill of Lading and fled the scene. Progressive Insurance (Claim #26-375712381) has officially disclaimed coverage because the carrier won't cooperate and has a $2,500 cargo deductible.
AmeriFreight has formally refused to refund my $200 broker fee or take responsibility for their negligent carrier selection. I have filed formal complaints with the FMCSA National Consumer Complaint Database and the BBB. If you value your car and your money, look for a broker that actually stands behind their service.
