I appreciate how well Samantha Smith communicated with me through the process. I reached out to another "reputable" company, but felt strung along. Wish I contacted AmeriFreight first! The only thing I don't know is how transparent the whole process is, since this is a brokerage system. But I suppose that's the same for any transport broker.
