AMERIFREIGHT got the job done in a timely fashion. My agent, Rosie Cook explained everything to me and responded to each of my emails. Now for some words of wisdom. The quote is an estimate. Listen to your agent. Rosie told me my pick up location was not on a main corridor. I knew that meant I would have to pay more. Think Route 95 from Maine to Florida vs my pick up way off the beaten track. My quote went up 500 dollars. Second things happen like the Iran conflict- gas prices skyrocketed. Next, pick up and drop off dates/times are an estimate. My pick up was delayed one day. You have to be flexible. Drop off was announced only two hours before drop off. None of these companies can operate like fed ex. Be prepared and you won’t be disappointed. I am very happy!
