Jen was excellent and she handled all the logistics and the payment. She is friendly, concerned and competent. She is a 5-star employee. The subcontractor who handled my Porsche was horrible. He arrived a day early 20 miles from my house, then called at 8:40am and said my Porsche was here. It was 8-10f outside. I grab my jacket, drove to the bank and it was closed due to snow and ice. I drove 1/4 mile to him and said I had no cash you're a day early with no notice. He was bent out of shape that he had to take a check. Plus I paid for top loaded and the Porsche was bottom loaded and cover with salt. The battery was also dead and he pulled out and left me. Hopefully you will have a better experience.
