If you have been getting quotes from car shippers, you already know it is a shady and frustrating industry and it is hard to know what to believe or who to trust. I relied heavily on reviews, which is why I am paying it forward.
This company will do what they say they will, when they promise they will and for the exact price they quote you. That is not the case for a lot of car shipping companies!
Additionally, the agent was fantastic and made sure to answer every question I had. She also never used any high pressure sales tactics. She was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She promptly responded to texts and emails. Even after the sale was made!! She continued to respond promptly all the way until after she confirmed the shipment was completed without damage. She said she would be with me every step of the process, and believe it or not she actually was! (And I am the type of customer who asks a LOT of questions)
As soon as I signed, she found me a great driver. My car was picked up and on its way 24 hours later. (Now I know that speed was partially due to me being on a popular route, but still impressive) And the driver was great too.
Now I know that you will find other shippers that claim they will give you a lower rate. But look at their reviews! That is before they tack on unexpected extras. And they also use shady high pressure sales tactics. There is a reason the reviews for those other companies are terrifying. And there is a reason Amerifreight's reviews are good.
The only complaint I have about Amerifreight is their website doesn't work well. It is glitchy. But frankly you are much better off calling them anyway and forgetting about signing up online. Shout out to my particular agent Maleah Sanders who was top-notch.
