I reached out to several transport companies through this site, and I almost immediately heard back from Christine, who made this such an easy experience, especially for someone that's never used a transport before. She clearly explained the process, how the fees were managed, even made a recommendation on what to offer to pay based on how quickly I wanted to get the delivery. I never felt pressured to go one way or the other, or to make any specific decision. I was able to call her anytime, I was able to text with her, email, so she was in constant communication through the point that the car got picked up. Even after that, AmeriFreight continued to reach out to me to check on the status of the delivery, see if I had any questions, concerns, and even after it was delivered, they followed up to make sure that everything went well and the car was in good shape. So I could not have asked for a better outcome, and I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with, especially Christine.
